remX & remloader Terms of Service

Effective date: November 21, 2025

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Quick Summary

1. Definitions

• "Roblox" is a video game platform owned by Roblox Corporation.
• "Discord" is a communication platform owned by Discord, Inc.
• "Roblox server", "game", or "the game" means a Roblox game server.
• "The website" means ocbwoy3.dev, the frontend for remloader.
• "Database" means our database storing user, authentication, session, script, and other data.
• "Owner" means OCbwoy3 (pseudonym), a legal citizen of the Republic of Latvia and the EU.
• "remX", "we", "us", or "our" means OCbwoy3 and their subordinates.
• "Service" means the website, app, bot, scripts, APIs, and related services.
• "User" means any person or entity accessing our Services.
• "Content" means any information or materials processed or uploaded via our Services.
• "remX" means our open-source Roblox remote admin.
• "remloader" means our proprietary Roblox pasteloader and script-sharing website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Services or authorizing your Discord account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent (where allowed). You may not use our Services if prohibited by law or sanctions.

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or restrict any account we believe is compromised or violating policies.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by your negligence or insecure devices.
• We may require verification before restoring access.
• We do not mediate disputes between individuals sharing an account.

5. Permitted Use; Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.
• Violate Roblox's or Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Interfere with our Services or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to bypass rate-limits, authentication, or security.
• Engage in reverse engineering, packet manipulation, or automated scraping of service endpoints unless explicitly permitted.
• Upload pornography, sexual content, NSFW scripts, hate speech, harassment, or other offensive material.
• Upload content protected by intellectual property rights you do not own.
• Use our Services for malware distribution, harmful automation, or resale.

We may remove, suspend, or permanently ban users or content at our discretion.

6. User Content

• You retain rights to the content you submit.
• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, host, store, display, and process it.
• You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit all content.
• Content may be reviewed manually or automatically for compliance.
• We may disclose content to comply with law or protect user safety.

Compiler Rights

• You may reproduce or distribute your own scripts and compiled bytecode.
• You may reverse engineer, extract, inspect, or repurpose the compiler and its internal logic.
• remloader’s internal logic, infrastructure, and codebase remain fully proprietary and may not be reverse engineered or modified.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by us. Trademarks and logos are unregistered; do not use them.

8. Software; API; Open Source

• Open-source components follow their respective licenses.
• API use is subject to posted limits.
• Abuse (flooding, scraping, bypassing intended behavior) may result in throttling or suspension.
• We may change or remove API functionality at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or your use of them.

10. Privacy

11. Term; Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or security concerns. Rights granted to you end immediately upon termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Roblox bans, moderation actions, or reputational harm

Our total liability is limited to €0.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend us from claims arising from:

• your use of the Services
• your content
• Roblox or Discord enforcement actions
• DMCA disputes
• misuse of the Services

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use means acceptance.

17. Binding Arbitration; Governing Law (Forced Arbitration)

These Terms are governed by Latvian law and applicable EU regulations.

FORCED ARBITRATION

All disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by an organization of our choice.

You agree that:

• You waive any right to a lawsuit, jury trial, or class action.
• Arbitration must be filed within one year of the event or it is permanently barred.
• Arbitration is conducted individually only.
• Arbitration venue is Latvia unless required otherwise by mandatory law.
• The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable.

You may not sue, appeal, or challenge our decisions outside this arbitration process.

18. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You represent you are not in a sanctioned region and comply with all applicable laws.

19. Data Retention

We have no obligation to store or recover any user data, scripts, logs, or accounts. Data may be deleted at any time.

20. Data Handling & Authority Statement

"Data" means any information or materials processed or uploaded via our Services, including your user accounts, OAuth connection metadata, sessions, scripts, and other data.

• We do not sell, trade, leak, or misuse your data.
• We only collect the minimum data required for authentication, operation, and security.
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or tracking outside of the Service.
• We do not share your data with third parties except when legally required by law or necessary to protect the Service.

We reserve broad authority to run, protect, and maintain the Service as we see fit. This includes taking any action we believe is necessary for security, stability, or integrity.

However:

Our authority does not include the right to exploit or misuse your data. Data access is restricted, audited, and used only for operational or safety-related purposes.

The Exception

We may also share your data with the following authorities when legally required, or in response to a valid court order or lawful request routed through Latvian authorities:

• Valsts policija (State Police, VP)
• Latvijas Republikas Prokuratūra (Prosecutor’s Office, LRP)
• Valsts Drošības Dienests (Security Police, VDD)
• Valsts Ieņēmumu Dienests (State Revenue Service, VID)
• Datu Valsts Inspekcija (Data State Inspectorate, DVI)

TL;DR: We do not sell, trade, or disclose your data to unauthorized foreign entities, including but not limited to the Russian government or any private party associated with it. Your data is only shared with Latvian authorities or foreign authorities via legally recognized channels.

21. Non-Commercial Use

You may not charge money for any product, tool, integration, or script that relies on our Services unless explicitly permitted by us.

22. Miscellaneous

• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us.
• Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
• You may not transfer your rights; we may freely assign ours.

23. Legal Disclaimers

OCbwoy3, remX, and remloader are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., Vercel, GitHub, or any other listed entity.
